Franck Kessie’s future at Al-Ahli is uncertain, as he has yet to receive a contract extension and may leave Saudi Arabia before 2026.
According to Fabrizio Romano, a return to Serie A is being seriously considered. It’s a league that the former AC Milan and Atalanta player knows inside and out.
Juventus has reportedly already taken the initiative by offering a three-year contract, with an estimated annual salary of 5 million euros, on the condition that they can sign the player on a free transfer next summer.
The Turin-based club is looking to strengthen its midfield with an experienced and physically dominant player.
The main obstacle in this deal: the player’s current salary demands, estimated at nearly €14 million.
However, Kessie is reportedly willing to lower his demands to secure a competitive role in Europe. AS Roma is also monitoring the situation, though it is not in pole position.
