Ghana’s Black Stars welcomed a heartwarming sight at their camp as SC Freiburg forward Daniel-Kofi Kyereh paid a visit to his teammates ahead of the friendly against Germany.
Kyereh, who is still on the road to full recovery from injury, did not join training on the pitch but spent time with the squad in a social capacity. The forward’s presence brought smiles and lifted spirits, allowing players and staff to reconnect with one of their own despite him being sidelined.
“This was a truly special moment,” a camp source shared. “Even though he isn’t playing yet, Daniel-Kofi’s visit reminded everyone of the talent and character we have in our squad.”
Kyereh’s visit highlighted the strong camaraderie within the Black Stars as they prepare for a stern test against Germany. While he won’t feature in the friendly, the gesture served as a morale boost, reinforcing the unity and support that define the national team ahead of the international clash.
