Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana has been handed a three-match suspension by FIFA following disciplinary proceedings stemming from the international match between Burundi national football team and Kenya national football team played on 9 October 2025.
FIFA confirmed that the Burundian striker has also been fined CHF 5,000 as part of the sanction issued after the governing body reviewed the incident connected to the fixture.
