Power Dynamos Queens closed their 2025/26 FAZ Copperbelt Women’s League Zone A campaign in ruthless fashion this morning, demolishing Chichetekelo 14-0 at Arthur Davies Stadium to finish the season unbeaten.
The emphatic victory saw the Queens finish on 88 points, confirming their status as Zone A champions after a flawless campaign of 32 matches without defeat.
Player of the Match Naomi Banda stole the spotlight with a sensational five-goal performance, leading the Invincibles in style.
Fridah Ndashe and Gift Ng’uni each added four goals, while Violet Kombe crowned the afternoon with a goal and several assists in another dominant display.
Creativity flowed throughout the team, with assists coming from Natasha Chilufya, Violet Kombe, Doreen Mumba, Yamikani Ng’ona, Fridah Ndashe, and Walusungu Chimanga highlighting the teamwork and attacking quality that defined the unbeaten run.
The 14-0 demolition was more than just a final game. It was a statement. From August to May, the Queens never dropped a point, turning Arthur Davies Stadium into a fortress and proving themselves as the most complete side in Copperbelt women’s football. Power Dynamos Queens will now face the FAZ Copperbelt Zone B champions in a provincial decider.
The winner will be crowned overall FAZ Copperbelt Women’s League champions and secure a place in the National League Playoffs, the pathway to the FAZ Women’s National League.
