Onuachu Makes It Six Straight as Trabzonspor Edge Gaziantep

Paul Onuachu continued his impressive run in front of goal, scoring for the sixth game in a row as Trabzonspor secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Gaziantep in Sunday’s Turkish Super Lig clash.

Gaziantep struck first in the 22nd minute through Mohamed Bayo, putting the hosts ahead early in the contest.

However, Trabzonspor quickly responded, with Felipe Augusto drawing them level just two minutes later.

Onuachu then turned the game around before the half-hour mark, calmly finishing to hand the visitors the lead — a goal that ultimately proved decisive.

The Nigerian striker’s latest effort marked his 35th goal for the Black Sea Storm, moving him up to fifth on the club’s all-time list of highest-scoring foreign players.

With the win, Trabzonspor remain firmly in third position on the Super Lig table, now sitting on 48 points as they continue their push for a strong finish to the season.
