Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Vitinha has stirred debate after revealing his personal list of the world’s best midfielders. Speaking to Canal 11, the Portuguese international praised the outstanding performances of Pedri with FC Barcelona during the 2025-2026 season.
Clearly impressed by the Spanish playmaker, Vitinha described him as “magic” and admitted that facing him on the pitch only increases his admiration for the talented midfielder.
When asked to name the best midfielders in the world, Vitinha responded with a touch of humor while leaving out big names like Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice. Instead, he selected João Neves, Bruno Fernandes, Pedri and himself, joking that the four could easily form a midfield together.
Pedri, who has already registered two goals and eight assists this season for Barcelona, continues to impress despite recurring physical issues and remains one of the most influential players in the Catalan squad.
